Calling LRALC

Ultimately LRALC is a service organisation. Like any service organisation we stand or fall by the quality of the service we provide. In this case, the service you want is us getting the answer to your query when you need it.

It makes it harder for us to do this when callers don't leave a message. We are open 7.30-2.30, and outside of these times you will get an answer machine. However, if we are on another call, or answering the call of nature (!) you will also get the answer machine.

However, we have invested in technology that when a message is left we are immediately sent an email telling us that we have a message, but also a recording of that message. This means, for example, that if you call at 4pm when the office is closed, John or Jake will usually pick up that message and, if urgent, call you back the same day. The same applies to the ticket system for queries. John and Jake actually more often than not use the time when the office has shut for the day to deal with tickets that have come in, though of course urgent and critical tickets are dealt with asap.

So, please do leave a message. Unlike many other service organisation where messages seem to disappear into the ether, we WILL return your call.
