LRALC 2024 AGM - Non-voting delegate booking form

LRALC 2024 AGM, Saturday 5th October 2024, at Mountsorrel Memorial Centre, 105 Leicester Road, Mountsorrel, Leicestershire, LE12 7DB.

The event will be held from 9.15am - 1.00pm.

LRALC is controlled by its member councils and as such it is critical that you use the voting rights you have by sending one voting representative to the AGM.

As the event will be of wider interest to councillors and clerks your council will be able to send non-voting delegates in addition to your one voting representative. We would encourage as many to attend as possible.

Please complete the booking form below to book your NON VOTING delegate place(s) at the AGM. There is a separate form to register VOTING delegates.

There will be a charge of £15 per delegate for attendance at the AGM in order to cover buffet and refreshment costs. Cancellations may be made in writing before 5.00pm on 27th September 2024 to avoid being charged in full.
